Initiate Request

Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Securely

Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and secure them within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our regional distribution center using a carrier that provides tracking services.

Inspection and Refund

Our technicians will inspect the hardware for integrity and functionality; once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
